2015 Worked with John and Michael to diversify business being farming in breeding cattle to installing first in UK Combined Heat Process (CHP) system fitted with drier belt to process Biomass products. Secured planning permission and funding for installation of weighbridge.
In 2015 Barnard Castle Cricket Club undertook its biggest redevelopment in its long history. To assist in finding funding for and to ensure the club were able to demonstrate its strong business footing the club engaged the services of Davidson Grace Ltd. Andrea's professional advice on building a sustainable business case as well as her knowledge of the myriad of funding streams was invaluable in the club achieving its goals, in both creating a community focused club as well as building a fantastic new function room. Teesdale Renewables Ltd 2013 Secured funding to convert Dairy Shed into Biomass Boiler Demonstration area
Vinovium Associated Ltd 2014 Worked with the team of Vinovium Associates Ltd to develop the first stage of a Business Development Plan. The business is a local manned security company. This stage of delivery included coaching of senior management and document preparation to complete a tender with Durham County Council. After completing Prequalifying Quote PQQ) and Invitation to Tender (ITT), the business secured their place on the Framework as an approved supplier. Contract included Depot Guarding, Key Holding and Access Control for a 4 year period. The client has completed the tendering process on a number of occasions previously and has been unsuccessful.
